Scope and subject

These Terms govern the use of the racing simulators and facilities at “Zara Racing” Ltd. and use of the club website. By making a booking (online, by phone or in person), the customer unconditionally accepts these rules.

Reservations and payment

The club website operates solely as an information platform and online booking system. We do not accept or process electronic payments through the website.

Booking a time Submitting a request through the website only reserves your time in the club schedule.

Payment on site All payments are made at the venue counter before the session starts (cash or bank card).

Group discounts Customers who book three or more simulators for the same time slot receive an automatic 20% discount on the final on-site price.

Delays and cancellations

To keep sessions running smoothly, please arrive at least 5 minutes before your booked time for a short briefing.

Late arrival If another customer is waiting after your session, the late arrival is deducted from your driving time.

Cancellation Arriving more than 15 minutes late without calling is treated as a no-show and the booking is cancelled automatically.

Gift vouchers

The club offers physical gift vouchers. Vouchers can be requested through the website, but collection and payment take place on site only.

Each voucher is valid for 6 (six) months from its issue date. Vouchers are valid only for club services and cannot be returned or exchanged for their cash value.

Safety and conduct

Our simulators recreate highly realistic racing conditions and generate strong physical feedback. Because of this and the nature of virtual reality (VR), some users may experience mild physical strain or dizziness.

For your safety, you must follow our staff instructions. “Zara Racing” Ltd. is not liable for discomfort or injury resulting directly from failure to follow the venue safety rules.

No alcohol or drugs Use of the equipment is strictly prohibited while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Food and drinks They may be consumed only in The Paddock lounge. Bringing any food or liquids into a simulator cockpit is strictly prohibited.

Guests under 14 Children may use the simulators only with a parent or guardian present and giving explicit consent on site.

06.

Damage liability

ZaraRacing VR Racing Club uses professional-grade equipment. If a technical issue occurs, the customer must stop driving immediately and inform the team.

In case of intentional damage or gross negligence (hitting monitors, pulling cables, deliberately breaking wheels or pedals), the customer is fully liable for repairing the damage.
